Most pleasing athletic performance

There are numerous races which gave me enormous satisfaction, and I was always exceptionally proud at representing Northern Ireland but winning the Ulster Schools 1500m probably gave me the biggest satisfaction.

Most disappointing athletic performance

The Scottish steeplechase in 1996. I was on great form and probably too confident. I was beaten by two great Scottish blokes and our performances ranked us first, second and third in Great Britain that year.
